Provided you are eligible for the 15 May 2014 lodgement date, the dates are as follows:

1.  If you lodge up to 12 February 2014, the payment is due by 21 March 2014.

2.  If you lodge from 13 February 2014 to 12 March 2014, the payment is due by 21 April  2014.  

3.  If you lodge from 13 March 2014 the payment is due by 5 June 2014.
