The Federal Government is considering reintroducing the Loss Carry Back Tax Offset originally introduced the Labor Government during the Global Financial Crisis for the 2013 financial year.

Potentially this tax measure would enable businesses to claim back some the taxes paid before COVID – 19 occurred which has caused large tax losses for many businesses.
